李永明，博士，教授，博士生导师，辽宁省特聘教授，2018年获得“国家优秀青年科学基金”资助。现为IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society高级会员，International Neural Network Society会员，中国自动化学会自适应动态规划与强化学习专业委员会委员，中国自动化学会车辆控制与智能化专业委员会委员，中国人工智能学会科普工作委员会委员，先后担任International Journal of Fuzzy Systems、Neural Computing and Applications和IEEE ACCESS等多个国际期刊编委和客座编委。2016年-2019年连续四年入选Clarivate Analytics全球高被引学者名录，2017年获辽宁青年科技奖，2019年入选辽宁省“百千万人才工程”百人层次。
研究方向：智能控制理论及应用，自适应控制，容错控制。主持国家自然科学基金项目3项，辽宁省教育厅优秀人才基金项目1项，辽宁省“百千万人才工程”项目1项。发表学术论文80余篇，其中，2篇论文分别获IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems期刊最佳论文奖和IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man and Cybernetics: Systems期刊最佳论文奖。2015年获教育部自然科学二等奖，2019年获教育部自然科学一等奖。2019年获辽宁省高等学校优秀共产党员荣誉称号。
