刘艳军,男,教授,博士生导师,2001年7月毕业于沈阳工业大学应用数学专业,获理学学士学位;2004年4月毕业于沈阳工业大学控制理论与控制工程专业,获工学硕士学位;2007年7月毕业于大连理工大学控制理论与控制工程专业,获理学博士学位;2010年10月至2011年9月在澳门大学科技学院从事科学研究工作。
2015年获得“辽宁特聘教授”称号,2016年获得“国家优秀青年科学基金”资助;2016年获得辽宁省“百千万人才工程”百人层次人选;2017年担任“辽宁省高校创新团队”负责人;现担任国际控制领域重要SCI检索期刊IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man and Cybernetics: Systems和国内控制领域权威EI检索期刊《自动化学报》的编委;曾担任国际学术会议2016 International Conference on Informative and Cybernetics for Computational Social Systems (ICCSS 2016)程序委员会主席;现为“中国自动化学会数据驱动控制、学习与优化专业委员会”委员及国际“IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society”高级会员。
研究方向为:智能控制理论及其应用。主持国家自然科学基金3项、辽宁省自然科学基金1项、辽宁省高校杰出青年学者成长计划项目1项,辽宁省高等学校优秀人才支持计划项目1项;总计发表学术论文60余篇,其中以第一作者发表SCI 检索论文40多篇;特别是,在国际控制领域顶级期刊Automatica和国际智能控制领域权威期刊IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems、IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems、IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics以及IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man and Cybernetics: Systems上发表论文20余篇;发表在著名国际期刊IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics上的论文获得2015年中国百篇最具影响国际学术论文;部分理论研究成果,获得2015年获教育部自然科学二等奖。
