隋帅,博士,副教授,硕士生导师,20207月毕业于澳门大学,获博士学位。研究方向为智能自适应控制理论及其应用,以及多智能体系统(无人机,无人船编队模拟)的智能控制理论及其应用。在国际控制领域主要学术期刊IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems》、《IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics》、《IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems》、《IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems 》、《 IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics》等和一些重要国际会议上发表(含录用)学术论文 40 余篇,其中9IEEE汇刊论文入选ESI工程领域前1%高被引论文,2篇论文获中国百篇最具影响国际学术论文,1篇论文获IEEE TFS期刊最佳论文奖。2019年获国家教育部自然科学一等奖。作为主要成员参加国家自然科学基金面上项目2项,辽宁省创新团队项目1项。
