隋帅,博士,副教授,硕士生导师,20208月毕业于澳门大学,获博士学位。研究方向为智能自适应控制理论及其应用,以及多智能体系统(无人机,无人船编队模拟)的智能控制理论及其应用。在国际控制领域主要学术期刊IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems》、《IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics》、《IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems》、《IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems 》、《 IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics》等和一些重要国际会议上发表(含录用)学术论文 40 余篇其中10IEEE汇刊论文入选ESI工程领域前1%高被引论文,2篇论文获中国百篇最具影响国际学术论文,1篇论文获IEEE TFS期刊最佳论文奖。博士毕业论文获得2021“CAA优秀博士论文提名奖。2019年获国家教育部自然科学一等奖。

主持国家自然科学基金项目2项,辽宁省教育厅面上项目1项。曾担任国际学术会议2021 International Conference on Security, Pattern Analysis, and Cybernetics 组织委员会共同主席。现为中国自动化学会自动化学会青年工作委员会委员,自动化学会车辆控制与智能化专委会委员。
