兰洁，博士研究生，副教授，硕士生导师，主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项、辽宁省教育厅项目1项，作为主要成员参与国家自然科学基金重点项目1项，国家自然科学基金面上项目2项，中国高等学校产学研创新基金—无人集群协同智能项目1项。2023年入选“锦绣英才——青年拔尖人才”。研究方向：智能自适应控制、集群编队控制、安全协同控制。在国际智能控制领域权威期刊IEEE汇刊《IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems》、《IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems》及权威期刊《Journal of the Franklin Institute》、《IET Control Theory & Applications》等发表或录用（含在线）SCI检索论文16篇，其中以第一作者发表SCI检索论文5篇，IEEE汇刊3篇，通讯作者发表SCI检索论文2篇。现为中国自动化学会会员，中国人工智能学会会员，中国自动化学会青年工作委员会委员，IEEE Member。
