毕文姗，博士，副教授，硕士生导师，2021年毕业于澳门大学科技学院数学系。主要研究方向为智能控制理论及应用、无人集群智能控制与决策、图像处理等。近年来，主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金C类、辽宁省科技厅面上项目、辽宁省教育厅青年项目和辽宁工业大学博士科研启动基金项目各1项。作为主要成员参与国家自然科学基金重点项目课题等省部级项目3项，并主持与高校合作的横向课题2项。围绕不确定非线性系统的智能自适应控制问题，在《IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics》、《IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems》、《IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems》等国际控制领域主要学术期刊上发表（含录用）高水平论文20余篇，授权/受理国家发明专利8项（已成果转化3项）。
