马志垚，博士，副教授，硕士生导师，2021年7月毕业于东北大学导航、制导与控制专业，获博士学位。2023年入选“锦绣英才—青年拔尖人才”。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目1项、辽宁省科技厅项目2项、辽宁省教育厅项目1 项；作为主要成员参与国家自然科学基金项目3项、辽宁省科技厅应用基础研究项目1项。研究方向：非线性智能自适应控制、分数阶系统控制理论。在IEEE Trans.系列汇刊等国际重要期刊以及国内外学术会议上发表论文20余篇。现为中国自动化学会分数阶系统与控制专业委员会委员，中国自动化学会会员，IEEE会员。
