马志垚，博士，讲师，硕士生导师，2021年7月毕业于东北大学导航、制导与控制专业，获博士学位。2023年入选“锦绣英才——青年拔尖人才”。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目1项、辽宁省自然科学基金面上项目1项、辽宁省教育厅基本科研项目面上项目1 项、辽宁工业大学博士科研启动基金项目1项，作为主要成员参与国家自然科学基金项目2项。研究方向：智能自适应控制、分数阶系统控制、容错控制。在IEEE Trans.系列汇刊等国际重要期刊以及国内外学术会议上发表论文20余篇。现为中国自动化学会会员，IEEE电气和电子工程师协会会员 (IEEE Member)。
