  李永明,博士,教授,博士生导师,辽宁省特聘教授,2018年获得“国家优秀青年科学基金”资助。现为IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society高级会员,International Neural Network Society会员,中国自动化学会自适应动态规划与强化学习专业委员会委员,中国自动化学会车辆控制与智能化专业委员会委员,中国人工智能学会科普工作委员会委员,先后担任International Journal of Fuzzy SystemsNeural Computing and ApplicationsIEEE ACCESS等多个国际期刊编委和客座编委。2016-2019年连续四年入选Clarivate Analytics全球高被引学者名录,2017年获辽宁青年科技奖,2019年入选辽宁省“百千万人才工程”百人层次。

研究方向:智能控制理论及应用,自适应控制,容错控制。主持国家自然科学基金项目3项,辽宁省教育厅优秀人才基金项目1项,辽宁省“百千万人才工程”项目1项。发表学术论文80余篇,其中,2篇论文分别获IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems期刊最佳论文奖和IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man and Cybernetics: Systems期刊最佳论文奖。2015年获教育部自然科学二等奖,2019年获教育部自然科学一等奖。2019年获辽宁省高等学校优秀共产党员荣誉称号。
