佟绍成,博士,二级教授,博士生导师,辽宁省控制科学与工程一流学科带头人;主要研究方向为模糊系统理论和非线性智能自适应控制理论。曾获国务院政府特殊津贴,辽宁省优秀专家,辽宁省中青年学科带头人,全国优秀教师,全国省师德先进个人,首届辽宁省教学名师,首批辽宁省百千万人才工程百人层次人选,2014年起连续十年入选全球高被引科学家和Elsevier 中国高被引学者。先后担任《IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems》,《IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics》,《IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems》等多个重要国际期刊编委。

主持国家自然科学基金7项,国家重大基础研究规划(973)课题1项,辽宁省优秀人才基金项目1项,辽宁省高校优秀创新团队项目2项;获教育部自然科学一等奖2项、二等奖2项,辽宁省自然科学二等奖2项;中国自动化学会自然科学一等奖2项。

在国际重要学术期刊上发表高水平论文200余篇,其中4篇论文分别获国际控制杂志《IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems》和《IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics》和《IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems》杰出论文奖和最佳论文奖,出版学术专著3部。

辽宁省控制科学与工程一流学科、辽宁省首批黄大年式教师团队、辽宁省首批优秀教学团队、辽宁省首批科研创新团队、辽宁省首批优秀研究生导师团队带头人和《高等数学》国家一流课程负责人。获辽宁省研究生教学成果特等奖和一等奖各1项,获辽宁省教学成果奖一等奖7项,二等奖1项。
